We managed and optimized multiple Meta advertising campaigns for Ehelper Online with the goal of generating high-quality messaging conversations and conversions at a low cost. Initially, campaign performance was inconsistent due to broad targeting, limited creative testing, and inefficient budget allocation. To overcome this, we restructured the campaigns by segmenting audiences into cold, warm, and retargeting groups, allowing for more precise targeting and better engagement.

We developed and tested multiple ad creatives and copy variations, focusing on clear value propositions, strong call-to-actions, and audience-specific messaging. Continuous A/B testing helped identify top-performing ads, which were then scaled strategically while underperforming ads were paused. Problems

Many of the campaigns initially faced inconsistent performance across different ad sets, with fluctuating messaging costs and uneven engagement levels. Some audiences were not responding well to the creatives, resulting in higher cost per conversation and lower conversion intent. In addition, there was a lack of clear segmentation between cold and warm audiences, which reduced overall efficiency. Solutions
